From
the rafters of the Memphis Beale Street bars and clubs to media
outlets to Blues & Soul music fans around the world, the Jus`
Blues Music Awards Selection Committee is announcing the 2008 Jus`
Blues Music Awards Honorees. These very special acknowledgements
are going to Blues men and women who have moved, shaked, influenced
and greatly contributed to the genre and legacy of Blues and Soul
music.
The
Jus` Blues Music Foundation pays to homage to Black Blues &
Soul music artists, executives, and humanitarians through their
annual party with a purpose, "The Jus` Blues Music Awards."
The special event, "The Night Of The Living Legends,"
features the 2008 Jus` Blues Music Awards Honorees and will be held
Wednesday, August 6th at The Historical Daisy Theater on Beale Street
in downtown Memphis. It will be a fun, dinner style event with "live"
entertainment and tributes to the 2008 Jus` Blues Music Awards Honorees.
Attendance
to this star studded but intimate event is included with registration
to the 2008 Jus` Blues Music Awards and Technology Conference.
However, VIP tables and limited seating is still available.
